Three-color Tablet Press Machine

The three-color tablet press machine is the starting point of the entire production line, responsible for compressing raw materials into dishwashing tablets. Notably, it is not limited to producing three-color tablets; it can also manufacture two-color tablets. This versatility allows it to meet various customer needs through customization.

Its working principle is to use precise molds and pressure systems to press different raw material components into a single tablet in an orderly manner according to a preset ratio and sequence. The machine is equipped with three independent feeding systems, each corresponding to a different color of raw material. These raw materials are accurately transported to the compression chamber through a screw feeding mechanism. During the compression process, the upper and lower punches of the machine exert a certain pressure on the raw materials in the mold cavity, making them closely combined to form a layered structure, whether three-color or two-color.

The multi-color design not only makes the dishwashing tablets more visually appealing but also allows different color layers to contain different functional components, such as cleaning agents, bleaching agents, and enzymes, so that the tablets can exert multiple effects during use. After the compression is completed, the formed tablets are pushed out of the mold by the ejection mechanism, ready to enter the next process.

Pillow Packaging Machine

The pillow packaging machine is the second key equipment in the production line, which is responsible for individually packaging the dishwashing tablets coming from the three-color tablet press machine. It adopts advanced film forming and sealing technology to wrap each tablet in a packaging film to form a pillow-shaped package.

When the dishwashing tablets arrive at the pillow packaging machine, the machine's feeding device will accurately arrange the tablets and send them into the packaging film forming channel. The packaging film, which is usually a composite film with good barrier properties, is pulled by the traction mechanism and formed into a cylindrical shape through the forming guide.

At the same time, the tablets enter the cylindrical packaging film, and the machine's sealing device will heat and seal the longitudinal and transverse edges of the film. The longitudinal sealing ensures the tightness of the package, while the transverse sealing cuts the continuous packaging into individual pillow-shaped packages. The sealed packages are then cut off, ready to enter the next process.

Shrink Wrapping Machine

The shrink wrapping machine is used to package multiple pillow-shaped packages of dishwashing tablets into a single unit with a shrink film, providing better protection and facilitating transportation and storage. It works by wrapping the shrink film around the grouped products and then heating the film to make it shrink tightly around the products.

First, the pillow-shaped packages of dishwashing tablets arrive at the shrink wrapping machine and are grouped into a certain number (such as 6 or 12) by the machine's sorting device. The grouped products are then pushed into the shrink film feeding area. The shrink film, which is a plastic film with heat shrinkability, is unwound from the roll and cut into a suitable size to wrap around the grouped products.

The wrapped products are then transported into the heating tunnel of the shrink wrapping machine. The heating tunnel uses hot air or infrared radiation to heat the shrink film, causing it to shrink rapidly. The shrinking film tightly wraps the grouped products, forming a compact and firm package. After cooling, the shrink-wrapped packages are ready to enter the next process.

Automatic Electronic Counting Machine

The automatic electronic counting machine is responsible for counting the shrink-wrapped packages of dishwashing tablets accurately and then sending them to the packaging station for final packaging into boxes or cartons. It uses advanced electronic sensing and counting technology to ensure high counting accuracy and efficiency.

When the shrink-wrapped packages arrive at the automatic electronic counting machine, they pass through a sensing area. The machine's sensors (such as photoelectric sensors) detect the passing products and send signals to the counting system. The counting system counts the products based on the received signals and displays the count in real-time.

When the count reaches a preset number (such as the number of products in a box), the machine's pushing device pushes the counted products to the final packaging station. The automatic electronic counting machine can adjust the counting speed and preset number according to the production requirements, ensuring that the number of products in each box is accurate.
