Stage 1: Bottle Unscrambler

The process begins with container management. Bulk empty cans, plastic bottles, or glass jars are loaded into the hopper of the high-speed Bottle Unscrambler.

  • Mechanism: Utilizing a variable-speed rotary turntable equipped with centrifugal sorting mechanisms, the system gently separates jumbled containers, corrects their orientation, and feeds them single-file onto the main conveyor belt.

  • Core Function: Guarantees a continuous, properly spaced, and jam-free supply of containers to downstream machinery without requiring human intervention.

Stage 2: CF-5 / CF-5A/B Automatic Powder Filler

At the core of the line is the CF-5 / CF-5A/B Automatic Powder Filler, engineered specifically for fine, free-flowing, and non-free-flowing powders (such as protein powders, infant formula, coffee blends, and chemical reagents).

  • Mechanism: Driven by high-precision servo augers, the filler dispenses exact weight volumetric charges into each container. Advanced configurations (CF-5A/B dual-head or multi-head setups) allow for a two-stage filling process: a high-speed bulk fill followed by a precise dribble top-off fill guided by inline load cells.

  • Dust Mitigation: Integrated dust-extraction hoods and sealed filling nozzles capture airborne particles, preserving cleanroom hygiene standards and preventing raw material wastage.

Stage 3: Conveyor Metal Detector

Immediately after filling—and before the container is permanently closed—the product passes through an inline Conveyor Metal Detector.

  • Mechanism: Using multi-frequency electromagnetic fields, the detector scans each filled container to identify ferrous, non-ferrous, and stainless-steel micro-contaminants.

  • Quality Control: If foreign metal particles are detected, an automatic pneumatic pusher or air-blast reject mechanism diverts the compromised container into a locked bin without slowing down or stopping the main conveyor line.


Stage 4: Automatic Capping Machine

Once verified safe, containers move directly into the Automatic Capping Machine.

  • Mechanism: An integrated cap elevator continuously delivers closures to a sorting bowl, which aligns and feeds caps onto an chute. As containers pass underneath, cap heads pick up the cap, and servo-driven capping heads torque them precisely onto the container threads.

Stage 5: Automatic Induction Foil Sealing Machine

To guarantee tamper-evidence, prevent leakage, and extend shelf life, the capped containers enter the Automatic Induction Foil Sealing Machine.

  • Mechanism: The sealed container passes under a high-frequency electromagnetic induction coil. The magnetic field instantly induces eddy currents in the aluminum foil liner embedded inside the cap, selectively heating it without contacting the product or the outer plastic cap.

  • Hermetic Seal: The heat melts the polymer coating on the foil, causing it to bond seamlessly to the lip of the bottle mouth, creating a 100% airtight, moisture-proof barrier.

Stage 6: Automatic Labeling Machine

The final phase of the line is handled by the Automatic Labeling Machine, which dresses the sealed containers for distribution and retail display.

  • Mechanism: High-precision stepper or servo motors feed pressure-sensitive self-adhesive labels around the containers. The system adapts easily to wrap-around labels, front-and-back dual labels, or top-cap stickers depending on container geometry.
