Why drying dominates

Fresh softgels are ~30% water; they must drop to 6–10% for stable shell. The tunnel's residence time (hours, not minutes) is fixed by belt length and temperature (20–30°C, controlled RH). You cannot speed it without a longer tunnel or a second one.
