How does the equipment improve drying efficiency?
Hot air constantly passes through the raw material layer and moves in the opposite direction to the raw material, maximizing heat exchange and enhancing thermal efficiency. Additionally, the raw material moves up and down and jumps spontaneously within the spiral bed, increasing the contact area with hot air and intensifying the drying effect.
How does the equipment work?
The damp raw material enters the spiral bed from the top feed inlet. Under the action of excitation force and gravity, the material moves along the spiral bed. It jumps up and down until it falls to the bottom layer. Clean hot air enters from the bottom of the spiral bed, exchanges heat with the raw material, and then exits from the top outlet.
