What is the main working principle of the XSG Series Spin Flash Dryer?
XSG Series Spin Flash Dryer operates by introducing hot air into the drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer's main unit. Material particles flow within the high-efficiency hot airflow in the rotor at the bottom of the conical drying chamber, causing any wet clumps to break down rapidly. Using the heat in the airflow, the material dries during conveyance. The product is separated through a cyclone separator or bag filter. Typically, a cyclone separator is followed by a scrubber or bag filter for final cleanup of exhaust gases to meet current emission requirements.
